Be a part of these cultural events of the region in order to get a real peek into the most fascinating history of this tiny European region. Bretagne is one of those rarest places in Europe where nature is allowed to remain in all its primitive beauty. The rocky yet scenic mountains and cliffs can be best enjoyed on walking, cycling or hiking trips or there are provisions of riding on horseback too. Famous walking and hiking routes include the Ille-et-Rance canal, the bike-rails of Medreac or the coastline of Fouesnant-Les-Glenans. The beaches in Brittany are the best preserved and so are very welcome to those seeking fun through beach volleyball, beach soccer, kite-buggy riding and definitely sun-bathing. The immense coastline and the wonderful waters are best suited to water sports like surfing but provisions are separate for beginners and for experts. There are numerous sailing schools to help visitors partake in water sport adventures and provisions of kayak sailing are also made available to them. Scenic golf courses with world class facilities offer another good way to while away your time during your stay at Bretagne. However, the most popular activity here is surely fishing without which a journey to this port region cannot be complete.

We organised our trip from Miami, arranging flights to visit the three destinations as cheaply as possible, with scheduled flights. It unfortunately meant that our stay in Cuba would be restricted to seven days, in order to get the best deal on the flight to St. Lucia, at something like half the normal price. All flights were arranged through travelocity.com, for simplicity, although there was a ridiculous bureaucratic problem, where they could not issue the ticket to Cuba from their processing centre in the US, and eventually came up with the solution of printing it in Canada.
