I just got back from two weeks in Hawaii and one of the highlights was Jo-Jo’s Shave Ice on Kauai. Macadamia ice cream topped with coconut ice, with a coconut cream and shaved coconut. I’ve been craving it ever since.

Aloha..I love the islands with all the outdoors activities to do. Especially just sitting at the beach and enjoying the ambiance and stress free by absorbing nature of the tropics. Last month I had a chance to visit 3 islands for three weeks and loved every minute of it. Thanks for sharing! Lani
